For all participants, registration fees include: Conference documentation, the welcome reception on May 17, coffee and lunches according to the program and the Conference dinner (Banquet) on May 19. Participation of accompanying persons to the welcome cocktail (on May 17) and/or to the Conference dinner (Banquet, on May 19) includes 18 € and 54 € extra-charge, respectively.

All fees include VAT. Exchange rates may vary. Please, check current exchange rates (e.g. : link ).


Payment of registration fees: Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or bank checks (see registration form at the following link ). French participants may use official Order Forms from their institution.

Confirmation of registration: After online registration, you will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail. Please, note that ORAL/or POSTER SUBMISSIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED ONLY FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY REGISTRED. If you haven't received an e-mail of registration confirmation within a week, please send an e-mail to -email-
To facilitate administrative procedures for attendance, registered participants may ask for letters of invitation to ICPHB2009 if needed. (email -email-). Please, note that these invitations do not provide any financial support, and that they may be used only for administrative purpose.
International attendees must check rules for visas if applicable at the French embassies, and be aware of visa delays.

Refund and Cancellation: Requests for registration fee refunds w tiill be honoured after cancellations received before April 10th 2009, except for 50 € retained as Cancellation fees.
No refunds can be made for cancellations received after April 10, 2009.

Reservations for accommodation in a 2-star or a 3-star hotel, with special prices for ICPHB participants are provided by the Palais du Grand Large, via the following link.

Abstract Submission
Only participants who received a confirmation of registration are allowed to submit an abstract for oral or poster presentation.
Please submit your abstract as soon as possible after registration. The abstract submission deadline is March 9, 2009.

Abstracts must be submitted on line (see "registration form")
Submitted abstracts must include the title, author names, lab. address and e-mail of the presenter, followed by the abstract text limited to 2700 characters (spaces included), and key words (5 max.).
All abstracts will be considered by the ICPHB organizing committee. The selected ORAL presentations will receive an email of acceptance from the organizing committee before the end of April 2008.
All accepted abstracts will be posted on the conference web site for public information and will be included in the final printed ICPHB program.
